New 2021 Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior Rumors

New 2021 Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior Rumors – This is not just another allotment of black styling and a special name-type thing that the manufacturer seems to be just so pleased to run out in an attempt to animate some excitement. The ‘ Warrior ‘ designation means this Navara has been modified with all the good things: suspension, wheels, tires, protection. They were speaking in my language.

I don’t think about all this because I once again attacked on this steep, gentle sandy climb in the huge desert area of Victoria. Twin-Turbo diesel hard clatters under the hood, a thin-welded pedal to the firewall and sand flies outside. We rock from side to side, but the momentum is once again shrinking and we bog down. Just, just shy from the summit. What I would not give for some PSI to get out of the Ban.

The problem is we’re all being a little cynical about anything that is touted as an act-ready Ute because of what comes before has been the mish-mash the procession of wannabes (basically a sticker-wrap) with a handful of more examples (Ford Ranger Raptor).

Nissan Australia has answered the call in the most gung-ho way possible by submitting responsibility for the entire process of creating a Halo-Grade Navara N-Trek to the Aussie Premcar Company, a highly respected automotive product development and of MOB Engineering. And with the “the whole process ” I mean “the whole process “: To develop, source, engineer, validate and produce new pumped-up version N-track.

As I mentioned, we’re looking at a Mulal test here. It’s a Navara ST-X that Nissan handed over to the Australian automotive Engineering clothing Premcar to bash about in more than a series of weeks.

This is not an exercise in frivolity. Premcar has been commissioned by designing, engineering, testing and validating a special, off-Road-focussed version of Navara that will sit right at the top of the range.

As part of the giant’s work, carried out in a high-pressure timeframe, the operation employs 40 people – with engineering and local manufacturing experience from several automotive manufacturers, which have recently closed – to work exclusively On N-Trek warriors.

Reflecting the scale of operation, Premcar dedicated the production line at the new 6300-square-meter production facility in Epping, for the making of Warrior.

In July 2019, Nissan invited the group Select Automotive journalists to their inland testing facility in Victoria’s Big Desert Area Wilderness for the exclusive first drive of pre-production Warrior during the final stages of testing and tweaking.

Their dead-sets are keen to flaunt the results of hundreds of people-hours spent on developing the Warrior, including complete testing on Australian roads and tracks in harsh conditions.

Like everyone else, Nissan has seen a shift towards Super-Grade high 4×4 Utes: Ranger raptor, Rough HiLux X, Colorado Xtreme. Not to mention big-dollar options like RAM 1500, Amarok 580 and X350d. The Navara has bumped into a glass ceiling type with ST-X.

Premcar was given a broad canvas to express his work. The Nissan directive was to build the best Australian-looking Navara, with imaginary shoppers becoming ‘ the nomadic ashes of the nomads ‘. This is a strange concept, but once explaining it makes sense.

Hard-grey nomads on their vehicles, from the loading point of view. Many meet or exceed towing and gross capacity, which puts great pressure on the suspension, chassis, and driveline. That’s why heavier-built 4WDs make a good crane rig.

2021 Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior Specs

Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior will be available only as a dual-cab ute with a six-speed manual transmission or seven-Speed Auto.

It has much carry-over types of equipment from N-tracks, including a new 8.0-inch Infotainment system (featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), as well as black items everywhere (such as Grille, Fender flare, sports Bar, steps, roof rails, etc. ), and heated front seats and partial leather armchairs with dark orange cloth chair inserts.

Nissan does not want to throw the baby utilities out with bath water capability. While the better and more enjoyable to double on off-Road, Navara is required to keep the Ute attribute of the payload core, traction capacity and durability intact.

While the result will look different, what we have here is 99 percent of what the final product will have in terms of suspension and tires.

Premcar has done a job like this for years. The company was formerly called ProDrive, and is in the heart of FPV and TRD work, along with the highly vaulted ‘ Holy Grail ‘ Falcon. As I said, they are speaking my language with this Navara. Let’s see what they’ve done.

First up is a 42mm lift suspension, 20 which is achieved with a new-specification spring coil. The tears are still the progressive level of the set-up that first appeared in the Navara 3 series. Going away from conventional thinking, the front spring is softer. The longer spring height stands at the required lifts and is a much better way to go for a 4WD off-Road. You do not want a rigid spring water, because this is no asphalt-bound race car.

This is matched by a new reducer made by the same OEM supplier (TENNECO). One little good news about this reducer is that they are larger, with a 35mm piston and twin-tube design. That means there is more oil in the shock, and they are better prepared to deal with the fading-stimulating, high-oscillating actions that come with off-Road.

2021 Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior Price

At the time of writing, no official price has not been released and nothing even hinted, but given the number of styles aftermarket add-ons and jobs that have gone to the N-Trek Warrior – and the fact that the N-tracks cost of $59,000 and Raptor, the Nissan Australia officials have described as the Warrior “main competitor “, costing $75,990 – I think the new Nissan high-spec Ute will cost upwards of $65,000.

The final part of the suspension puzzle is the redesigned Bumpstop, which has more progressive properties about it. Simply, a small rubber slab that stops the steel suspension from crashing into the steel chassis. This is a pretty hard and shallow piece of rubber on a regular Navara. This lets you know when the maximum trip has been reached.

The new design bump stop is softer and higher, effectively slowing that little end of the journey and softening the impact of the inevitable far.

Depending on all these new suspensions are the new wheels and tire packages. Don’t pay too much attention to the wheels on this donkey. They correspond to the size and offset of the test point of view, but Rosta that is sourced from the end wheel will look different.

Tires, however, you can look closely. Premcar chose the Cooper AT3 All-Terrain tire with a size of 275/70R17 and with the construction of a light truck. Premcar took this after the comparison of various tires from the aftermarket and found this to have the best balance on-Road and off-Road performance.

The metric size is equivalent to 32.2 inches in diameter, which is a large size for the Ute off-roading. The tires are wider and will sit wider than Navara thanks to the increased wheel offset (30mm).

There is no change for differential gearing for the N-Trek Warrior, which means the higher tires will effectively increase the on-Road gearing of Navara across the board. Camber has been slightly adjusted to the new set-up, and Navara’s throttle response has also been tweaked.

And while the final product will get its hoopless bullbar design and protection under the body, the Mule tests we make do with a variety of Nissan’s Bullbar Park.

Burning time questions: What’s the difference with stocks, and how does it work in terms of rude? As part of our invitation, and along with the opportunity to embarrass ourselves on the sand, we can get behind the wheel of this donkey and put it through the steps on some gentle, rutted and sandy tracks in Victoria’s Big Desert region. And for the sake comparison, we also have the Navara ST-X stock standard at the ready.

Let’s finally cut it to the chase: it’s good, and a significant increase over the standard offerings. Not to say Navara at the moment is bad; They finally managed to get a pretty good suspension song after a few cracks.

We all know that boosting your tire footprint gives you more clearance and traction, and this Cooper AT3s is a clear improvement over the standard offerings. A slight bump in the width of the track helps with stability, and the construction of LT tires leaves them to be more durable.

More clearance also comes from increased high rises, which also affords more Navara travel suspension. It is more flexible and controllable, especially when bashing quickly through a rutted track. You can bring in more speed where you want, and feel a lot more in the process control. The bump stops, the smaller details in the suspension tuning, are excellent.

As mentioned, we drove the pre-production Warrior back in July, so the appearance-wise was not fully pointed out what would go into production and would eventually be available to buy – but at least it gave us the clue that Good. In short: It looks pretty good. Like N-Trek but on ‘ Roids, but in a good way.

Premcar has embraced the challenges of fitting out the Warrior, outside and inside, and, in pursuit of its goal, has sourced various parts, including all-terrain tires, bullbars and Underbody protection, from Top-tier OEM level suppliers, as well as black alloy wheels and So forth like an orange-accented floor mat to complement the package.

Shock, 99 percent sped for finished products, felt Bang-on. Importantly, they are gentle enough to let the coil move freely, but the rebound is well connected at the same time.

Small tweaks to the suspension geometry make Warrior feel a bit more enjoyable and responsive, too. It has a desire to transform into an angle that Navara does not have a standard.

The final product is Navara which is better all round. And, it’s important for a 4WD, it’s a better (and more enjoyable) off-roader.

Probably one of the best things about this showroom-fettled, the second stage that is as Navara is the fact that the standard Nissan five years and Unlimited-kilometer warranty remain intact without question.

Of course, that does not mean the other modified Navaras are not covered by the warranty-this comes down to a case-by-case basis. And in the thorny, Australian consumer law will always have the last word.

However, there is no denying the peace of mind that comes with not needing to worry about being knocked back. That will make N-trek Warrior especially appealing to many people.
